Public Programmes for individuals cover two areas of development: Personal and Spiritual. The Personal Development courses begin with our foundation course, The Turning Point, upon which are built three advanced personal development courses that run over different lengths of time requiring increasing levels of commitment and self knowledge. These essential courses are supplemented, and expanded upon, in a series of specialised Spiritual Development workshops, courses and retreats that take personal development into more direct contact with the soul. This in turn serves as a gateway to a deep and embodied spiritual life. Corporate Programmes are tailored for public and private organisations committed to developing their people along humanistic and transformational lines. Corporate Spirit supports organisations in addressing the social aspects of the workplace, creating workplaces that are supportive of human endeavour, that seek to serve the community of which they are a part, whilst maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity. Professional Skills
Programme Integral Learning is experiential, communicated through small group sharing, short lectures, group games, exercises and bodywork. It includes the whole person - body, mind, heart and spirit - and all aspects of a person's life - personal, social and professional. Drawing on the perspectives of two cultures - East and West - the integrated programme presents a coherent model of human development and provides powerful and effective methods of transformation. An integral model of consciousness, developed by Ken Wilber, blends traditional and modern approaches to human potential, we have drawn on modern humanist psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches such as Gestalt, Reichian and Neo-Reichian, Jungian and Adlerian therapies, Self Psychology, Creative Visualisation, affirmations, processes guided by music, regressions and Process-Oriented Psychology. Eastern techniques include meditation, both Buddhist and Vedantic, yoga and martial arts philosophies. The union of Eastern contemplative philosophy and Western outcome-orientated psychology gives our work a unique flexibility and an integrated view of human development and potential. It provides a realistic foundation for the transpersonal view of consciousness . . . that we are vastly more than we think we are and that our potential to know life purely and directly is limitless, bounded only by our unwillingness to recognise our essential connection with what we consider to be "other".
