A time to take stock, to honour the richness of our experience and the wisdom this has brought us; to reflect on our achievements, on what we have gained or lost; to reassess our priorities, the health of our soul and our connection to spirit. 

 

A time to come to terms with ageing, to welcome the second half of our life and join the proud ranks of our community’s elders.

 

Over one long weekend, Christina Sumner, a senior teacher with PEOPLE Knowhow, will guide you through a series of profound reflective exercises towards reconnection with your life’s story, with what matters most to you, with renewal and redirection.
