In all the great spiritual traditions of the world there is an emphasis on regular practice to foster and support personal and transformational growth. Recognising the importance of regular practice and mindful of the difficulty many of us encounter in maintaining regular practice by ourselves, PEOPLEKnowhow teachers, Chris Sumner and Peter Tooth (deeply committed to their own practice), have developed a series of weekly practice sessions "to create and hold the space where we can experience the benefit of regular spiritual practice in community and support individual transformational growth through incorporation of these benefits into daily life." Forms of spiritual practice vary greatly with the traditions but generally include such practices as meditation, breath work, chanting, yoga and many other forms of bodywork. We would especially like to bring to the community the beautiful Ngalso, a self-healing meditation transmitted to us by the Lama Gangchen when he was in Sydney late last year promoting World Peace.
