I combine the skills and experience I have attained through many years of volunteer work in personal development (People Knowhow), the work I have done in both the public and private sector, and the management roles I have delivered, with executive coaching skills to provide holistic coaching services that encompass the ‘whole person’.  I work with business, private and pro-bono clients providing life and executive coaching services. 

I believe that every person has the ability to bloom and grow given a supportive environment - an environment which focuses on the positive, manages the constructive and encourages people to explore their limits.

Michael's journey started with with the Turning Point in 1997 and Mastery and Service soon followed.  M&S was a springboard to lots of service team work and on to further study. 

His heart then lead him to Somatic Psychotherapy training, where he studied for over 6 years, including a 2 year advanced training with Dr Tony Richardson and Dr Julie Henderson.

Michael works with the body and mind in supporting his clients to grow into their full potential.  His intention is that clients experience increasing happiness, self awareness, consciousness, connection with heart and connection with purpose and in such a way that these experiences can be taken out into the world as a resource to get more of what they really want from life.
